Man Kills Wife Over Paranormal Meter Fear

A man shot and killed his wife, Jane White, after a paranormal meter showed a high reading at a friend's house, leading him to believe she and others planned to kill and eat him.

Court documents state that Wolfe, in a state of paranoia, retrieved a handgun from his vehicle and shot his wife.

Police officer Tray Kurtz documented the incident in an arrest affidavit.

Wolfe now faces a likely lengthy prison sentence.
